The Travelers auto program is built to provide excellent auto insurance coverage. With unique coverage packages and low deductible options, you can rest assured knowing your vehicles are protected.

Liability Protection

Travelers provides state minimum liability with all auto policies. This can be increased to provide more protection. Bodily injury and Property damage you are liable for is covered under this.

You can also add uninsured motorist liability to protect yourself from drivers without insurance or drivers who failed to provide proof of coverage (Ex. Hit and run drivers). This will pay you for the Bodily injury and Property damage the other driver is responsible for.

Damage to your auto

You can purchase collision coverage with a variety of deductible options.

Comprehensive coverage (a.k.a. other than collision) can be used to protect you against losses like hail damage and theft. Breakage of glass is also covered. Travelers will waive the deductible for small chips and dings. They will also pay for a rental car if the vehicle is stolen even if rental reimbursement coverage is not purchased.

If you buy a newer model, Travelers will automatically offer new car replacement coverage for 5 years.

Additional Coverage Available 

• Personal Injury Protection: Takes care of funeral expenses, medical expenses, or loss of income in the event of a covered loss.
• Gap Insurance: This optional coverage will pay for the amount still due to the finance company after a total loss if there is an outstanding balance.
• Roadside assistance: Provides road side services such as towing, winching, providing jump start, key lock-out service, delivering of supplies. No deductible. Premier roadside is available. It adds coverages like trip interruption where Travelers pays for lodging and Food. It also would add coverage for personal property loss in the vehicle. Personal property in the vehicle is usually excluded on an auto policy.
• Rental Car Reimbursement: This coverage will provide you with a rental car paid for by Travelers while your car is in the shop. Travelers will even deliver the vehicle to the repair shop.
• Glass Deductible: You have the option to lower the deductible for glass claims to $50. As always, small chips and dings are waived.
• Driver Plans: Travelers bundled together many popular auto insurance coverages into two plans: Responsible driver plan and the premier responsible driver plan. The responsible driver plan adds accident forgiveness. The premier responsible driver plan includes accident forgiveness. It also adds disappearing deductibles and deductible waiver for total loss.
• Travelers Online: Access to Travelers online customer portal to pay bills, print documents, and file a claim. A phone app is also available.
