After a loss, we recommend you record all information you can (damage pictures, witness contact information, time and date of loss). This will assist you when you speak to a claim representative. You will then need to contact the carrier to make the claim. This can either be done online or by phone. A claim adjuster will be assigned and will assist you from there (There is no adjuster assigned for glass claims).
If you only have a chip or ding on your window (it does not need to be replaced) the deductible is waived.
